  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for Thermo Fisher Scientific laboratory equipment at customer sites.
  2. Ensure efficient and timely support for customers to minimize equipment downtime.
  3. Contribute to the development and improvement of Thermo Fisher Scientific products through customer feedback and suggestions.
  4. Utilize strong engineering background and problem-solving skills to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  6. Work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  7. Keep accurate and detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
  8. Continuously stay up-to-date on product knowledge and advancements in technology to provide the best support to customers.
  9. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and troubleshooting.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within Thermo Fisher Scientific to ensure all customer needs are met.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment while performing duties at customer sites.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Thermo Fisher Scientific, representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  14. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to promote professional growth and development within the team.
  15. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
