Email and Marketing Automation Specialist

Our ideal candidate is an organized, self-starter with a passion for marketing automation and excellent communication skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of email and marketing automation best practices, along with experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Marketo. You should also have experience with content management systems, web analytics, and SEO/SEM. 1. Develop and implement email and marketing automation strategies to increase user engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
2. Optimize user journeys and customer segmentation strategies for better engagement.
3. Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
4. Analyze and report on customer engagement and performance metrics.
5. Create and manage web content and landing pages.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve SEO and SEM performance.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
8. Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep up with the latest developments in email and marketing automation.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
10. Troubleshoot technical issues related to email and marketing automation.
