1. Welcome and greet new and potential candidates for the EHS Co-op Program/Intern position.

12. Act as a mentor and resource for co-op students and interns, offering guidance and advice on their career goals and aspirations.
13. Conduct performance evaluations for co-op students and interns, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
14. Communicate regularly with co-op students, interns, and their supervisors to ensure a successful and fulfilling experience for all parties involved.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve the EHS co-op program to meet the changing needs of the organization and the development of co-op students and interns.
