  1. Develop and maintain electronic data capture (EDC) systems for scientific research projects.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data collection and analysis through regular testing and troubleshooting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop EDC solutions that meet the needs of the scientific research team.
  4. Utilize programming skills to customize and optimize EDC platforms for specific projects.
  5. Monitor and improve data quality and data integrity within EDC systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to EDC programming.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within EDC systems.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDC platforms.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  10. Contribute to the development of new EDC systems and enhancements to existing systems.
  11. Document all EDC programming procedures and processes for future reference.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, when developing and maintaining EDC systems.
  13. Participate in training and mentoring of other team members on EDC programming best practices.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data within EDC systems.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline EDC processes for more efficient data collection and analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Clinical Data Management Or Programming.

  • Proficiency In Sas Programming And Data Manipulation.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems, Such As Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform, Or Ibm Clinical Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cdisc Standards And Fda Guidelines For Clinical Data Submission.
