- Coordinate and schedule daily distribution orders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively adjust distribution schedules to meet changing demand.
- Communicate with internal teams, including logistics and manufacturing, to coordinate and prioritize distribution orders.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as carriers and suppliers, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products.
- Utilize supply chain management software to track and manage distribution orders and inventory levels.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the distribution process in a timely manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve distribution processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of distribution orders, inventory levels, and any related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to distribution and supply chain operations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on distribution schedules and performance metrics to management.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and adjust distribution schedules accordingly.
- Train and mentor new team members on distribution order scheduling processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to resolve any customer or billing issues related to distribution orders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in distribution and supply chain management.
- Represent the company with a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning Or Scheduling, Preferably In A Distribution Or Warehouse Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Make Decisions Under Pressure.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning Software And Microsoft Office Applications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Suppliers And Customers.
