- Analyze and evaluate current distribution processes to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that optimize distribution efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and track distribution metrics to identify trends and potential issues
- Develop and maintain distribution plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to improve supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular audits of distribution processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Utilize engineering principles and techniques to identify and resolve distribution-related issues

- Provide support and guidance to distribution team members to ensure efficient and effective execution of processes
- Continuously research and assess new technologies and methodologies to improve distribution processes and efficiencies.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Industrial Engineering Or Supply Chain Management.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Distribution Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Scientific Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data Sets.
Proficiency In Computer Programs And Software Commonly Used In Supply Chain Management, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
