  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational processes and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of operational excellence professionals to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  3. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and track progress towards operational excellence goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
  6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  8. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support operational excellence initiatives.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and results-driven team.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in operational excellence and identify opportunities for implementation within the organization.
  12. Monitor and assess risks associated with operational processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  13. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and implement cross-functional improvement opportunities.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, promoting our mission and values to both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Sustaining Lean Six Sigma Methodologies To Drive Operational Efficiencies And Cost Savings.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading Large-Scale Improvement Projects Across Multiple Departments Or Business Units.
