
Demand Planner

- Develop and maintain accurate and efficient demand forecasting models and processes for assigned product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to collect and analyze data for demand planning.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and historical data to make informed demand forecasts.
- Utilize demand planning software and tools to generate accurate demand forecasts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Work closely with suppliers to manage lead times, identify potential supply constraints, and develop contingency plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels while meeting customer demand.
- Regularly review and analyze demand planning processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present demand planning reports and metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to demand planning and share knowledge with the team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning Or A Similar Role Within A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Or Distribution Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Sets Of Data To Drive Forecasting And Planning Decisions.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Demand Plans To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
