  10. Train and mentor junior data analysts to improve overall team performance.
  11. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis and provide guidance to other team members.
  15. Support the company's mission to make the world a healthier, cleaner, and safer place through data-driven decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Scientific Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Experience Working With Large Datasets.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data.

  • Familiarity With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
