- Conduct clinical research activities in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and study protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of clinical trials.
- Perform site feasibility assessments and select qualified study sites for participation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with study site personnel, investigators, and study coordinators.
- Train and educate study site personnel on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage study site activities to ensure adherence to study protocols and timelines.
- Collect and review study data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all study activities.
- Identify and address study site issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate study progress, issues, and results to project teams and management.
- Participate in study team meetings and provide input on study design, protocol development, and other study-related activities.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to clinical research.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Research Associate (Cra) In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacy.
Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations.
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously And Meet Strict Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Including Investigators, Site Staff, And Study Team Members.
