- Conduct clinical site visits to ensure proper implementation of study protocols and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Monitor and review study data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with study sites and investigators to address any issues and provide support as needed
- Assist in the development and review of study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of study milestones and deliverables
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines for clinical research
- Participate in site initiation, interim, and close-out visits to assess site readiness and compliance
- Manage and track study supplies and materials, including investigational products
- Assist in the selection and qualification of study sites and investigators
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and process improvements for the clinical research team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacy.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Research Associate (Cra) Or Similar Role In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Proficiency In Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Fda Regulations.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Ability To Manage Multiple Studies Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As Attention To Detail.
