- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of clinical trials conducted by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and protocols throughout the duration of the trials.
- Prepare and maintain study-related documents, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Conduct site visits and monitor study progress, including data collection and verification.
- Communicate effectively with study sites, investigators, and other team members to ensure smooth operation of the trials.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise during the course of the trials, and escalate them to the appropriate parties as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trial activities and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of study reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines, and ensure adherence to them during the trials.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trial operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and integrity in all aspects of work.
- Participate in company training and development programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Related Discipline.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Cro Or Pharmaceutical Company.
Knowledge Of Ich/Gcp Guidelines And Fda Regulations.
Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills.
