  1. Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of clinical trials and ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
  2. Collect and review data and documents from clinical trial sites.
  3. Coordinate with study sites and investigators to ensure timely completion of trial activities.
  4. Communicate any issues or concerns to the project team and work together to find solutions.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all clinical trial activities.
  6. Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and other applicable regulations.
  7. Participate in the development and review of study protocols and study-related documents.
  8. Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of clinical trials.
  10. Identify and report any deviations or adverse events to the appropriate parties.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to clinical research.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or risks that may impact the success of the clinical trial.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all study-related information.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  16. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  17. Support the company's mission to improve the health and well-being of people around the world.
  18. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Discipline, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Related Field.

  • 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Ich/Gcp Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
