Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) I/II within our Functional Service Provider (FSP) team in Ireland, you will play a critical role in the development of life-saving treatments and therapies.   1. Conduct clinical research in accordance with regulatory guidelines: The CRA I/II will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical research is conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulations.
  2. Monitor study progress and ensure quality data: The CRA I/II will be responsible for monitoring study progress, identifying any issues or challenges, and ensuring that high-quality data is collected and maintained throughout the study.
  3. Coordinate and oversee study activities: The CRA I/II will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various study activities including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, as well as ensuring that all study documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain study documentation: The CRA I/II will be responsible for maintaining all study-related documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms, and other essential documents.
  5. Communicate with study sites and stakeholders: The CRA I/II will serve as the main point of contact for study sites and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, site staff, and study sponsors.
  6. Ensure adherence to study timelines and budget: The CRA I/II will be responsible for ensuring that all study activities are completed within the designated timelines and budget, and will work closely with the project team to address any potential issues or delays.
  7. Conduct site training and provide support: The CRA I/II will be responsible for conducting site training and providing ongoing support to study sites, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
  8. Proactively identify and mitigate risks: The CRA I/II will be responsible for proactively identifying potential risks to the study, and working with the project team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  9. Stay current with industry standards and regulations: The CRA I/II will be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, and incorporating any changes into study processes and procedures as needed

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Research Associate (Cra) In A Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Or Cro Setting.

  • Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Related Discipline.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines, Fda Regulations, And Other Relevant Local Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Conducting Site Initiation, Monitoring, And Closeout Visits, As Well As Proficiency In Electronic Data Capture Systems And Clinical Trial Management Tools.
