Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) I/II to join our team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting our Full-Service Partnership (FSP) programs. We are looking for an experienced CRA with a strong background in clinical research and a drive to make a difference in the pharmaceutical industry.   1. Conduct and oversee all aspects of assigned clinical trials, including protocol development, site selection, patient recruitment, data collection and analysis, and study closeout.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines, study protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  3. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clinical site staff, and study sponsors.
  4. Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits to ensure the integrity of data and adherence to study protocols.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of study progress, including data entry, query resolution, and study metrics tracking.
  6. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to study conduct, data quality, or patient safety.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in clinical research.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and quality in study conduct.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of study conduct.
  11. Travel to clinical sites as needed to support study activities and ensure compliance with study protocols.
  12. Collaborate with the clinical team to manage study budget and timelines effectively.
  13. Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on study progress and any issues or challenges.
  14. Act as a liaison between the study team and clinical sites to facilitate smooth study conduct and data collection.
  15. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare-Related Field, With A Preference For A Degree In Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Research Associate (Cra) Or Equivalent Role In A Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Or Contract Research Organization (Cro).

  • Strong Understanding Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations, As Well As Relevant Therapeutic Areas And Disease States.

  • Proven Ability To Manage And Monitor Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Study Teams, Investigators, And External Vendors.
