Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate I/II to join our FSP team. As a CRA I/II, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials, working with some of the most innovative and cutting-edge therapies and treatments.   1. Conducting site selection, initiation, and monitoring visits for assigned clinical trials.
  2. Ensuring compliance with protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulatory requirements.
  3. Performing source document verification and data review to ensure quality and accuracy of clinical trial data.
  4. Communicating with study sites, investigators, and study team members to ensure timely and accurate data collection and submission.
  5. Coordinating and managing study supplies and investigational products.
  6. Assisting with the preparation and review of study documents, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  7. Identifying and resolving issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  8. Maintaining study files and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  9. Collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
  10. Participating in training and development activities to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Providing support and guidance to less experienced team members.
  12. Contributing to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trial operations.
  13. Following company and departmental procedures and guidelines.
  14. Representing the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.
  15. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  16. Adhering to all safety and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Life Sciences Is Essential For A Cra At Thermo Fisher Scientific, As They Will Be Responsible For Conducting Clinical Trials And Monitoring The Progress Of These Trials.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research: Thermo Fisher Scientific Is Looking For Candidates Who Have Hands-On Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Similar Role As A Cra.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines: Thermo Fisher Scientific Values Compliance With Gcp Guidelines, Which Ensures That The Clinical Trials Are Conducted Ethically And With Integrity.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Cra At Thermo Fisher Scientific Will Be Interacting With Various Stakeholders, Including Study Sponsors, Investigators, And Study Participants. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For This Role.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: Thermo Fisher Scientific Is Looking For Candidates Who Can Work Independently, But Also Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. This Is Important For The Successful Execution Of Clinical Trials.
