- Conducting and overseeing clinical research trials to ensure they are conducted in accordance with ethical, scientific, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical research protocols.
- Monitoring and analyzing data from clinical trials to ensure accuracy and compliance with study protocols.
- Maintaining and organizing all necessary documentation, including informed consent forms, regulatory documents, and trial master files.
- Communicating with study participants, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of clinical trials.
- Adhering to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies related to clinical research.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the course of a clinical trial.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of study participants by adhering to ethical principles and reporting any adverse events.
- Keeping up-to-date with developments in the field of clinical research and incorporating new techniques and technologies into study protocols.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of clinical research processes and procedures.
- Participating in study team meetings and providing regular updates on the status of clinical trials.
- Working collaboratively with other team members and providing support as needed to ensure the success of clinical trial projects.
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of all clinical trial activities.
- Upholding the company's mission to improve human health and make the world a better place through groundbreaking research.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Or Related Discipline)
Previous Experience As A Cra (Clinical Research Associate) In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel And Sas, And Experience With Electronic Data Capture Systems.
