  1. Obtain and maintain regulatory approvals for Thermo Fisher Scientific products in various countries.
  2. Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and standards for each country.
  3. Monitor and track changes in regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all necessary documentation and information is provided for approvals.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the regulatory requirements for each country.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to facilitate the approval process.
  7. Prepare and submit required documentation for regulatory submissions.
  8. Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory inquiries and issues related to country approvals.
  9. Review product labeling and promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact product approvals.
  11. Train and educate team members on regulatory requirements and processes.
  12. Participate in internal and external audits related to country approvals.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all regulatory activities.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the country approval process.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or A Related Discipline.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Country-Specific Regulations And Guidelines For Medical Devices Or Pharmaceutical Products.
