  1. Draft and review various types of contracts, including but not limited to, sales contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  2. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors to ensure a fair and beneficial outcome for all parties involved.
  3. Conduct legal research and provide guidance on contract and regulatory compliance issues.
  4. Collaborate with business teams to identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contract negotiations.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure contracts align with company standards.
  6. Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure contracts are compliant.
  7. Manage and prioritize a high volume of contracts in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  8. Communicate and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on legal matters related to contracts.
  9. Review and revise contract templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  10. Work closely with external legal counsel on complex legal matters as needed.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure contracts align with company goals and objectives.
  12. Facilitate contract execution and maintain accurate and organized contract records.
  13. Handle any contract disputes or legal issues that may arise.
  14. Participate in training and development activities to stay current on legal best practices and industry trends.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our values and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Active Membership In Good Standing With The State Bar Association

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Drafting And Negotiation, Preferably In A Corporate Or In-House Legal Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Law And Ability To Interpret And Apply Legal Principles To Complex Business Transactions

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously
