  1. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients to ensure that all agreements are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of contract law and stay up-to-date with any changes or developments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure contract terms are aligned with business objectives.
  4. Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and make recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Create and maintain accurate records of all contract documents and related correspondence.
  7. Work closely with the legal team to review and approve contracts and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
  9. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters.
  10. Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  11. Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  12. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contract management processes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive contract information.
  14. Participate in contract negotiations and act as a subject matter expert on contract terms and conditions.
  15. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of contract terms and expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Negotiation And Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Applicable Laws And Regulations Related To Contract Management, Such As Far, Dfars, And Itar.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Track Multiple Contracts Simultaneously.
