Contract Specialist
Ensure compliance with established corporate contract review policies and procedures. Manage all direct business contract terms and conditions ensuring timely/smooth revenue recognition for business. Correspond with internal/external customers regarding terms and conditions during negotiation process. Interface closely with sales, services and management to ensure customer satisfaction is maximized. Identify exceptions between customer counter offer terms and conditions and corporate terms and conditions and propose acceptable corporate terms and conditions. Manage sales and service contract files and database allowing for identification of contract expiration allowing for timely renewal.
