  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure company compliance.
  2. Assist the compliance team in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Review and assess company practices, processes, and documentation to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
  5. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports to track compliance efforts and progress.
  6. Assist in conducting internal audits to evaluate compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  7. Participate in training programs for employees to promote understanding and adherence to compliance policies.
  8. Communicate with external regulatory agencies and assist in responding to inquiries and requests for information.
  9. Proactively identify and report any potential compliance issues or violations to the compliance team.
  10. Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related incidents and implementing corrective actions.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  12. Act as a liaison between the compliance team and other departments to ensure open communication and collaboration.
  13. Contribute to the development of compliance-related presentations, training materials, and other resources.
  14. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  15. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Finance, Or Legal Studies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance And Experience Working With Compliance Regulations Such As Fda, Iso, And Osha.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Prior Experience In A Compliance Related Role, Ideally In A Corporate Setting.

  • Detail-Oriented With Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, Able To Identify And Address Potential Compliance Issues.
