- Develop and implement strategies to manage and optimize the CMC portfolio, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and cross-functional team members to ensure successful execution of CMC projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, to align on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates and escalate any issues or concerns to senior management as needed.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CMC project management and incorporate them into our processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services for CMC projects.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the CMC project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Portfolio Management, Preferably In The Medical Or Scientific Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis And Forecasting Techniques.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Portfolio Managers.
Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Experience Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
