- Design and implement cloud security operations to protect sensitive data and ensure the security of cloud systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security risks and develop solutions.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for cloud systems.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and implement remediation actions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends and proactively implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees on cloud security best practices.
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure the security of any outsourced cloud services.
- Perform regular testing and validation of security controls to ensure their effectiveness.
- Create and maintain documentation of security processes and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other teams on cloud security matters.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Continuously improve and optimize cloud security operations to meet evolving business needs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, on security risks and mitigation strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cloud Security, Preferably With Aws Or Azure.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Firewalls, And Intrusion Detection Systems.
Experience With Security Assessment And Compliance Frameworks Such As Soc 2, Iso 27001, And Hipaa.
Knowledge Of Automation Tools And Scripting Languages For Security Automation And Orchestration.
