
Clinical Trial Coordinator- FSP- Germany

- Coordinate and manage clinical trials in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study protocols.
- Oversee recruitment and enrollment of study participants.
- Conduct study start-up activities, including site selection, contract negotiations, and regulatory document collection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with study sites and investigators.
- Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Collect, review, and maintain study data and records.
- Manage study supply inventory and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Assist in the preparation of study reports and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with study team members, sponsors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential study issues and propose solutions.
- Participate in study meetings and provide updates on study progress.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical research.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of study data.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company and promote its values and mission.
- Other duties as assigned by the study manager or project lead.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Clinical Research, Or Equivalent Experience.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Trial Coordination Or Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Strong Understanding Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations For Clinical Trials In Germany.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Fluency In German And English, Both Written And Verbal, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
