1. Coordinate and manage clinical trials in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study protocols.
3. Oversee recruitment and enrollment of study participants.
4. Conduct study start-up activities, including site selection, contract negotiations, and regulatory document collection.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with study sites and investigators.
6. Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
7. Collect, review, and maintain study data and records.
8. Manage study supply inventory and ensure proper storage and handling.
9. Assist in the preparation of study reports and presentations.
10. Communicate effectively with study team members, sponsors, and vendors.
11. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulations.
12. Identify and troubleshoot potential study issues and propose solutions.
13. Participate in study meetings and provide updates on study progress.
14. Train and mentor junior team members.
15. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices.
16. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in clinical research.
17. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of study data.
18. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
19. Represent the company and promote its values and mission.
20. Other duties as assigned by the study manager or project lead.
