  1. Conduct clinical research activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful execution of clinical trials.
  3. Perform site feasibility assessments and site selection visits to ensure high-quality data collection.
  4. Monitor and track study progress, including patient enrollment, data collection, and safety reporting.
  5. Implement and maintain study documents, such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
  6. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and local regulations.
  7. Communicate study updates and issues to relevant stakeholders, including study team members, investigators, and study sites.
  8. Conduct site training and support to ensure proper implementation of study protocols.
  9. Manage study budgets and negotiate study contracts with investigative sites.
  10. Participate in study meetings, including investigator meetings and study team meetings.
  11. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  12. Adhere to company standards of ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve study issues and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve study processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in clinical research to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare-Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Science And Healthcare Is Essential For A Clinical Research Associate (Cra) To Effectively Understand And Interpret Complex Data And Scientific Concepts.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research: Thermo Fisher Scientific Requires Candidates For This Role To Have Prior Experience In Conducting Clinical Research, Preferably In A Similar Role As A Cra. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Regulatory And Compliance Requirements Of Clinical Trials.

  • Knowledge Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Fda Regulations: Thermo Fisher Scientific Is Committed To Ensuring Compliance With International Guidelines And Regulations For Clinical Research. Therefore, A Cra Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Fda Regulations To Ensure High-Quality And Ethical Conduct Of Trials.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Cra, You Will Be Required To Interact With Various Stakeholders Such As Study Teams, Investigators, And Site Staff. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With All Parties Involved In A Clinical Trial.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: A Cra Is Responsible For Managing Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously, Which Requires Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
