- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and grow key accounts in the Life Sciences, Laboratory Products Group, and Biosciences Division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing them with exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends in the Chinese market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and developing new business.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Continuously strive to expand market share and increase revenue through proactive sales techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively promote and position company products in the market.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding pricing, product availability, and order status.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives in the Chinese market.
- Provide regular feedback and insights from the market to inform product development and improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to develop effective sales strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The China Market.
Strong Understanding Of Lslpg (Life Science, Laboratory Products, And Pharma And Biotech) Industry Trends And Market Dynamics In China.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients.
Proficiency In Mandarin Chinese And English, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Colleagues.
