  1. Operate and maintain chemical production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Monitor and document production process parameters to ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
  5. Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
  6. Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  7. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to chemical production processes.
  8. Identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
  9. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth production flow.
  11. Support new product development and scale-up efforts.
  12. Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
  13. Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in chemical engineering.
  16. Provide support to other departments as needed.
  17. Follow all company and regulatory guidelines for handling, storing, and disposing of chemicals.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field: A Chemieverfahrenstechniker / Produktionsmitarbeiter At Thermo Fisher Scientific Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Chemical Engineering Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure A Solid Understanding Of The Principles And Processes Involved In The Production Of Scientific Products.

  • Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry: Thermo Fisher Scientific Is A Leading Provider Of Scientific Products And Services In The Pharmaceutical And Biotechnology Industries. Therefore, Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In These Industries To Understand The Specific Requirements And Regulations.

  • Knowledge Of Gmp And Quality Control: Thermo Fisher Scientific Places A High Emphasis On Quality Control And Compliance With Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).
