- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for materials and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities.
- Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking delivery and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to support company's operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their material and service needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously review and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and cost savings.
- Analyze and report on key procurement metrics to management.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in procurement and supply chain management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with finance department to reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
- Participate in supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support other procurement-related tasks and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Purchasing Or Procurement.
Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience Using Purchasing Software Systems.
Knowledge Of Purchasing Processes, Inventory Management, And Supply Chain Best Practices.
