Building Maintenance Technician

The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as a strong interpersonal communication style. The ideal candidate for this position should have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and basic construction skills is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
2. Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
3. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

8. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
