
Associate Scientist, Purification Process Science

- Develop and optimize purification processes for biopharmaceutical products.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve purification efficiency and yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transfer of purification processes to manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to purification processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in purification technology.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Train and mentor junior scientists on purification techniques and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to scientific publications and presentations to share findings and advancements in purification processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and progress reports.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and methods to enhance purification processes.
- Support scale-up and tech transfer activities for new purification processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to drive process improvements and achieve company goals.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Purification Process Development And Optimization, Including Experience With Chromatography And Filtration Techniques.
Knowledge Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Purification Processes.
