
Associate Scientist - LC/MS, Biomarker

- Conduct LC/MS and biomarker analysis experiments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to design and execute experiments to support biomarker discovery and validation.
- Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods and present findings to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in analytical chemistry and biomarker research to drive innovation within the team.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and ensure all procedures are performed in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Write and maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and contribute to the generation of technical reports and publications.
- Assist in the development and optimization of new analytical methods and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to support project timelines and goals.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new products and technologies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on experimental design and data analysis.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall scientific objectives of the company.
- Mentor and train junior team members on laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of biomarker research and analytical chemistry.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology)
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working With Lc/Ms Technology, Preferably In A Biomarker Research Or Development Setting
Strong Understanding Of Mass Spectrometry Principles And Techniques, Including Sample Preparation, Data Analysis, And Instrument Troubleshooting
Experience With Lc/Ms Software And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Masslynx Or Xcalibur
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment, With Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills.
