Associate II, Import/Export

1. Support Global Import and Export Operations: As an Associate II, you will be responsible for supporting our global import and export operations. This includes coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records of all import and export activities.
2. Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Laws: It will be your responsibility to stay up-to-date with all relevant regulations and laws related to import and export. You will need to ensure that all shipments and activities are in compliance with these regulations and promptly address any issues that may arise.
3. Maintain Accurate Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of all import and export activities. This includes tracking shipments, updating databases, and preparing reports for management.
4. Collaborate with Team Members: As part of our import/export team, you will be expected to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members. This includes working closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
5. Monitor Shipping and Logistics: You will be responsible for monitoring shipments and logistics to ensure timely delivery and identifying any potential delays or issues. You will need to work closely with carriers and logistics providers to address any issues that may arise.
