- Support Global Import and Export Operations: As an Associate II, you will be responsible for supporting our global import and export operations. This includes coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records of all import and export activities.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Laws: It will be your responsibility to stay up-to-date with all relevant regulations and laws related to import and export. You will need to ensure that all shipments and activities are in compliance with these regulations and promptly address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain Accurate Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of all import and export activities. This includes tracking shipments, updating databases, and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with Team Members: As part of our import/export team, you will be expected to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members. This includes working closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor Shipping and Logistics: You will be responsible for monitoring shipments and logistics to ensure timely delivery and identifying any potential delays or issues. You will need to work closely with carriers and logistics providers to address any issues that may arise.
- Identify and Implement Process Improvements: We are always looking for ways to improve our import and export processes. As an Associate II, you will be expected to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.

Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Import/Export Operations, Preferably In A Global Organization.
Strong Understanding Of International Trade Regulations And Compliance, Including Knowledge Of Import/Export Documentation, Tariffs, And Customs Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal Teams, External Partners, And Government Agencies.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Import/Export Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
