Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Or Research Setting, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Motivating A Group Of Scientists Or Technicians.
Proficiency In Relevant Laboratory Techniques And Equipment, As Well As Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Quality Standards.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
