They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes, Including Site Selection, Patient Recruitment, And Engagement.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Associate Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Site And Patient Engagement Professionals. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams, As Well As Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
