- Conduct scientific experiments and research to support ongoing projects.
- Collect and analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations for project updates.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement scientific protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of experimental procedures and results.
- Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific literature and industry advancements.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of laboratory experiments and procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to team meetings and discussions.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance scientific knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve project goals.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and scientific publications.
- Seek out and suggest improvements to current processes and procedures.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in scientific research.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Laboratory Experience, Preferably In A Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Setting.
Knowledge And Experience With Various Laboratory Techniques And Equipment, Such As Pcr, Elisa, And Hplc.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Experimental Issues.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Both Independently And As Part Of A Team.
