  1. Assist in planning and coordinating clinical trials and studies in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on current research trends and developments.
  3. Collaborate with experienced CRAs to ensure accurate and timely data collection and entry.
  4. Support the recruitment and enrollment of study participants.
  5. Maintain organized and accurate study records, including data entry and documentation.
  6. Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documents and protocols.
  7. Communicate effectively with study sites, investigators, and other team members.
  8. Monitor and track study progress and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  9. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
  10. Attend team meetings and provide updates on study progress.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the study.
  12. Assist in analyzing and interpreting study data.
  13. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Contribute to the writing and preparation of study reports and publications.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Previous Experience In Clinical Research Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills.

  • Ability To Travel To Various Clinical Trial Sites As Needed.
