  1. Assist the Clinical Research Associates in all aspects of clinical trials, including data collection, data entry, and documentation.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of clinical trials.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized records of all study-related documentation.
  4. Communicate study updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  5. Conduct literature reviews and assist with protocol development.
  6. Assist with the preparation and execution of study protocols, including scheduling and coordinating study visits and procedures.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.
  8. Perform quality checks on study data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  9. Coordinate with study sites to ensure timely and accurate collection of data.
  10. Attend study team meetings and provide updates on study progress.
  11. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth and efficient operation of clinical trials.
  12. Stay up-to-date with current industry standards and regulations.
  13. Assist in the preparation of study reports and presentations.
  14. Assist in the training and development of new team members.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of all study-related information.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Cro Or Pharmaceutical Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And Regulatory Guidelines For Clinical Trials.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience Using Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems.
