  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  6. Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and report on progress towards goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  8. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products and services.
  9. Train and support sales representatives within the assigned territory to ensure consistent messaging and achieve sales objectives.
  10. Continuously seek out new ways to improve sales processes and contribute to the growth of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Management Within The Life Sciences Or Biotechnology Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team

  • Knowledge Of The Market And Industry Trends, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies.
