- Conduct research and development to design and optimize analytical methods for the analysis of biopharmaceutical products.
- Validate and transfer analytical methods to support product development and commercialization.
- Perform analytical testing and data analysis to ensure the quality and integrity of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytical methods and instruments.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in analytical methods and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior scientists on analytical techniques and procedures.

- Act as a subject matter expert in analytical methods during regulatory inspections and audits.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Scientific Field (E.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Analytical Method Development And Validation In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting
Expertise In A Range Of Analytical Techniques And Instruments, Such As Hplc, Lc-Ms, Gc, And Spectroscopy
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines (E.g. Fda, Ich) And Experience With Writing Analytical Development Reports And Protocols
Excellent Problem-Solving And Data Analysis Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Methods For Complex Molecules And Formulations.
