  1. Conduct research and development to design and optimize analytical methods for the analysis of biopharmaceutical products.
  2. Validate and transfer analytical methods to support product development and commercialization.
  3. Perform analytical testing and data analysis to ensure the quality and integrity of results.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and regulatory submissions.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and procedures in accordance with company standards.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to analytical methods and instruments.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in analytical methods and technologies.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
  9. Train and mentor junior scientists on analytical techniques and procedures.
  10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  11. Communicate results and findings to stakeholders and present at team meetings and conferences.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert in analytical methods during regulatory inspections and audits.
  13. Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  14. Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission and values.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Scientific Field (E.g. Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences)

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Analytical Method Development And Validation In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting

  • Expertise In A Range Of Analytical Techniques And Instruments, Such As Hplc, Lc-Ms, Gc, And Spectroscopy

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Guidelines (E.g. Fda, Ich) And Experience With Writing Analytical Development Reports And Protocols

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Data Analysis Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Methods For Complex Molecules And Formulations.
