1. Process and accurately enter invoices into the company's accounting system.
2. Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Maintain vendor records and communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries.
