1. Process and record accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
3. Maintain and update vendor information and payment records in the company's database.
4. Verify and reconcile invoices and purchase orders to ensure accurate payment amounts.
5. Review and analyze expense reports for compliance with company policies.

7. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
