1. Process and review a high volume of invoices and payments in a timely manner.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
3. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
4. Maintain vendor records and ensure timely and accurate payments.
5. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
6. Prepare and review reports on accounts payable activity.
7. Monitor and track expenses and identify any cost-saving opportunities.
8. Follow company policies and procedures for accounts payable processing.
9. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
10. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounts payable regulations.
11. Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for streamlining procedures.
12. Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
13. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
14. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
15. Other duties as assigned by the finance manager.
