- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive sales revenue.
- Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Conduct product and market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contract negotiations to secure new business and renewals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account activity, progress, and challenges.
- Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at industry events and conferences to showcase products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials for key accounts.
- Mentor and train junior account managers to ensure consistent performance and growth within the team.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving sales targets and promoting a positive image of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Scientific Industry.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Pitch Products And Solutions To Clients.
Strong Understanding Of The Scientific Market And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Identify New Business Opportunities And Develop Strategic Account Plans.
