
Account Manager, Laboratory Products (North Los Angeles)

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for laboratory products in the North Los Angeles region.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and promotions.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of Thermo Fisher Scientific laboratory products.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote Thermo Fisher Scientific products.
- Train and mentor new sales team members as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in a positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Related Discipline.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Laboratory Products Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Products And Equipment, Including A Thorough Understanding Of Their Applications And Use In Various Research Settings.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts Within The North Los Angeles Territory.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers, As Well As Collaborate Effectively With Internal Teams.
