  1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within assigned accounts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to customers.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing customers with accurate and relevant information.
  7. Effectively communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns raised by customers.
  9. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing customers.
  10. Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  12. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  13. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales In The Scientific Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify Customer Needs And Provide Effective Solutions.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Providing Leadership And Mentorship To Junior Account Managers.
