
Account Manager - GSD/CSD

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned territories or accounts
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective account management and sales strategies
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement
- Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at industry conferences and events, and network with potential customers
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our products and services
- Continuously seek opportunities to expand Thermo Fisher Scientific's presence and market share within the scientific industry
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Account Management Within The Life Sciences Industry
Strong Understanding Of Gsd (Genomic Sciences Division) And Csd (Clinical Sciences Division) Products And Services
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Account Management, With A Focus On Customer Retention And Growth
Excellent Communication And Relationship Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders
