At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are looking to add a dynamic and experienced Account Manager – Genetic Analysis to our team. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and able to think strategically to ensure customer success.The Account Manager – Genetic Analysis will be responsible for leading all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships with customers. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare sector. A proven track record of sales success and experience in the genetic analysis industry is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to closing deals and managing ongoing relationships with customers.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize customer success and growth of the business.
  3. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Utilize sales techniques and customer service principles and practices.
  5. Think strategically and creatively to develop solutions to customer challenges.
  6. Provide reports and data analysis to management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  8. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company’s products and services.
  9. Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  10. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
