- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the Eastern Midwest region to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and communicate relevant information to customers.
- Effectively manage and prioritize a large customer portfolio to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to upper management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing technical support and guidance on our products and services.
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote Thermo Fisher Scientific and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Developing Successful Business Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients.
Strong Understanding Of The Scientific And Technical Aspects Of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Stay Updated On Industry Trends And Developments.
