
Account Development Specialist
Become proficient in finding sales opportunities for Biosciences Division (BID) product portfolios. Understand customer categories, ensure growth opportunities and coordinate with lead qualification/nurture and sales team members. Provide an outstanding customer experience by using various communication methods to interact with customers. Develop strategic techniques to prioritize customer engagement. Provide a high level of customer service excellence to assist customers in the target accounts. Triage sales leads and ensure the customer is directed to the appropriate selling resource Facilitate the information flow between customers, lead generation/nurture specialists, sales reps/ account managers, product managers, customer service and technical services. Offer pre-set quotes or send the customer to the appropriate selling resource.
Requires a minimum of 1+ years' related work experience (i.e. – customer services, telephone experience)
Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
General knowledge of assigned product portfolio and/or customer segment
Ability to work in fast pace environment and to prioritize workload
